I got the Juki HZL-E61 20 stitch sewing machine around 6 months ago and I really couldn't be happier with my purchase. The build quality is outstanding and it looks like it will last as long as I plan to sew on it. The stitches that are produced are near perfect and it works very fast, even for a novice like myself.

One thing I really like is the large flat bed for quilting and sewing bigger items. It really seems to love heavier material as well. I haven't had any troubles sewing anything I've thrown at it. From basic skirts and pants to soft toys it really hasn't even skipped a beat. A bonus is the light weight of it. It's easy to carry for a full sized machine. Juki really put some time into developing this model.

The HZL-E61 comes with quite a selection of feet and has many different ways to customize the operation. This includes the stitch length, maximum speed, and needle placement. What can I say. It's easy and quick to sew with. And don't think you need to be an expert at all. I have been learning the ropes quite nicely with it. As you can tell I highly recommend it. At this price you cannot go wrong, especially when compared to similar sewing machines. This Juki is just what I needed in my home.
